FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
Precision-built coaching for healthcare professionals.
A systematic approach to strength training, nutrition, and long-term health, tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your real-world demands. No extremes. No guesswork. Just a plan designed to work.
PERSONAL PLAN · BUSY-LIFE TESTED · BUILT TO LAST
You spend your day counseling patients on weight and blood pressure, and finishing notes after everyone else has gone home. Then you walk through your front door with nothing left for your kids, your spouse, or your own body.
You know exactly what to do. You just don't have a plan that survives your schedule.
Not ready for 1-on-1 coaching? Start with the 7 habits I use as a PA-C to stay lean on a clinic schedule. Includes the 2-minute waist test that predicts heart attack risk better than the scale.

For medical professionals whose schedules wreck every plan they start. The few things that matter, with a version for your worst days
✓ The 2-minute waist test that predicts heart attack risk better than the scale
✓ 7 habits, each with a Standard for normal days and a Floor for bad ones
✓ The rep lunch rule for office food and breakroom cookies
✓ A 12-week tracker to see exactly what's working
Precision doesn't mean tracking every gram. It means doing the few things that matter, every day, even on the bad ones. Three pillars. Seven habits. A Standard for normal days and a Floor for the days that fall apart, so you never start over..

Three lifting sessions a week, 30 to 45 minutes each, built around your real schedule, not a perfect one. A few heavy kettlebells in the garage are enough. Plus daily walking, the calorie burn most guys never count.
✓ Workouts planned around your clinic days and your days off
✓ 30 to 45 minute sessions with minimal equipment
✓ A 15-minute Floor workout for the days that fall apart

No meal plan you'll quit by Thursday. Protein first, the same few meals on rotation, and one rule for the rep lunch and the breakroom cookies. Simple enough to follow on your worst day.
✓ A protein target set by your goal weight, plus easy ways to hit it at work
✓ A short rotation of meals you actually like, so you stop deciding what to eat
✓ The rep lunch rule: protein first, no naked snacks

Short sleep and the nightly drink quietly undo everything else you do. This pillar fixes both, and builds your plan around your family time instead of on top of it.
✓ A sleep plan built on a fixed wake time, even when bedtime slips
✓ A simple alcohol rule: none on work nights
✓ Training scheduled so family dinner and weekends stay protected
Busy men, demanding jobs, the same seven habits. Here's what changed..

Custom workouts and nutrition targets built around your clinic days, your equipment, and your family time. Every habit has a Standard and a Floor.
Weekly check-ins with the team. Every plan follows the Precision Method, adjusts when your week blows up, and keeps you from ever starting over.
By month six, the habits run on autopilot and your plan holds up on your worst weeks. That's when the real progress starts. Most clients stay on to keep building strength, keep the waist coming down, and keep someone in their corner..

I'm a physician associate, a coach, and a dad. I've worked in medicine long enough to know what a clinical career does to your health, and exactly how to build a plan that fits around it.
I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science before attending PA school, then built a career in physical medicine and rehab and functional medicine. We built Hover Fitness to coach clinicians who take care of everyone else and want to take care of themselves again. The Precision Method isn't about perfect weeks. It's the few things that matter, done every day, with a floor for the days that fall apart.
Our mission is simple: help the men who keep everyone else healthy stay strong, lean, and present for the people at home.
